You may have a conversation during a massage at a soft whisper but keep in mind, the treatment/session is about releasing your tension and enjoying the experience. This is not tea hour or interview. We are a quiet sanctuary where you can escape from the world briefly. This a cell phone free area. Phone will have to be silent, off or not in the sanctuary, this means no vibration, no beeps, no alarms and no calls. All voices at a whisper. No loud speaking.

You should not eat a heavy meal before a massage. You may have a small snack such as fruit or a cup of tea. if you eat, you may risk feeling nauseous during a treatment.

You should undress to your comfort level. The therapist are trained in proper draping techniques, and they will keep you covered at all times, only the area being treated should be exposed.
Should I shower before a massage?
Yes, Its polite and hygienic. This is very important if you have been engaging in physical activity. You will not be serviced if you arrive unpleasant.
The health and safety of our clients and staff is very important to us. For this reason, walk-in appointments will not be accepted and clients who are not currently receiving a service will be asked to step out in order to control the number of people within the wellness boutique.
